Kimmey Hays is a staff writer for the Scepter. She is a sophomore and this is her first year on staff. When she is not writing, she is either reading, hanging out with her friends, or listening to music. Some of her favorite artists include Avril Lavigne and Lana del Rey. She is also a part of the Student Council. This year, she is looking forward to improving her writing, and having her work published!
